How it started
I have been interested in spirituality for most of my life and have explored a range of practices over the years. Meditation is what resonated most deeply and became a consistent part of my personal journey.
After attending a Dr Joe Dispenza retreat a few years ago, I experienced a profound heart opening and trauma release, expressed through intense full-body shaking that lasted for years, gradually transformed into communication.
At first, it was simple yes-or-no answers, then during one particular meditation, I began receiving full conversational guidance. They told me to call them Rū, which I later found out means “to shake or quiver” in te reo Māori, a reflection of how this connection began.

What to expect
In a session, I enter a channeled state and Rū speaks through me, so you’re able to have a full conversation and ask anything you like.
Sessions are roughly 1-hour, and I can to meet in Wellington, NZ in person or via video conference.
After the session, I will email you a copy of the audio recording so you can revisit the messages.
Since I’ve only recently begun sharing channeled sessions, these are currently available on a koha basis — you choose what feels right to give.
